I think this next week might end up being my last week of cutting. that would put me at 5 weeks of cutting. will evaluate what im looking like then and plan accordingly. might do a week and half or 2 weeks more. couldnt see me doing anymore than 2 more weeks though. After that Im probbly gonna deload for a week and then after that, start my push pull program. Basically a big reason why Im doing at least a week of the push pull program im gonna be running, is that I wanna see how the deload, if it does at all, effects my lifts. Also though, Im ready for something new and have done never done a push pull program and am excited to start one. Being excited about your program is always good for success.
